Terms and Conditions of Sales for Outdoor Living Oahu
All clearance sales are final with no returns, exchanges or refunds.
Items carry a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects and possibly additional material warranties. If an item is defective, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may cancel your order within 48 hours of finalizing the purchase and prior to taking possession of the merchandise. Orders cancelled after 48 hours will be issued Store Credit, no exceptions. Items that are picked up from the store or warehouse are subject to store credit policy.
Back ordered or special-order furniture cannot be canceled after 48 hours from time of order. A 50%, non-refundable deposit is required at time of order. Please select carefully.
If you cancel delivery or do not schedule a delivery when contacted, we reserve the right to charge storage fees after 30 days. Storage fees begin at $100/week.
Exchanges/Returns: Delivered or picked up goods.
- Returns and exchanges after 48 hours will not be accepted.
- Store credit will be issued for all exchanges or returns. No exceptions. A $99 delivery fee may be charged if we need to return to your home to retrieve the items.
- Special ordered furniture cannot be returned or exchanged after 48 hours from order.
- Custom cushions, pillows or soft goods may not be exchanged or returned, regardless of time from delivery. A 100% non-refundable payment is required at time of order.
- Items that have been teak stained or treated may not be exchanged or returned, regardless of time from delivery.
